Refund & Cancellation Policy – WearZafar

At WearZafar, your satisfaction is important to us. We design every product with care and pride. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are allowed within 6 hours of placing the order, only if the order has not been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel, email us at support@wearzafar.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

COD orders that remain undelivered due to customer unavailability may be blocked from future purchases.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We offer an easy 7-day exchange for:

  • Wrong size delivered

  • Damaged product

  • Incorrect item received

  • if you received damage or wrong product, it will be replace and delivered within in 2-5 days

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Return/exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Customer must share a photo/video of the product issue for quick processing

We currently do not offer refunds — only exchanges or store credit (if applicable).

3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we’ll arrange return pickup or refund return shipping.

  • If the size issue or change of mind is from customer’s side, return shipping must be self-arranged.

4. No Return/Exchange on:

  • Customized or limited-edition items

  • Products bought during clearance sales or flash deals

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

5. Refunds (if applicable)

In rare cases (like out-of-stock after payment), refunds will be processed:

  • if the refund is approved, then it will be credited to account within in 1–7 Business days

  • For COD orders, customer must share UPI or bank details for refunds.

6. Shipping

All products will be delivered with in 4-10 days
